It was a great experience! All the staff members were so kind and welcoming, A proper hygiene environment was provided and the room was really clean and the view was breath taking!! It was a great stay and i would really recommend a stay there if you plan on visiting mcleodganj
We booked three room and It was wonderful experience staying in Cloud chat hotel. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Food is also very delicious .
We had stayed at this hotel with family from 17 may to 20 may 22, awesome location ,food and service, customer friendly staff. However no amenities as far but overall it was a good experience. Very peaceful place..
Spacious and clean rooms with balcony and view from each room was serene, well trained and welcoming staff, nice food. The manager really helped us to find the hotel as it was in between the forest and he was with us till we reached the hotel. Definitely recommend this place.
Visited in summers, absolutely loved the view & the weather. Staff was really courteous & supportive. Went out of their way to solve our problems & helped in booking cabs & bike on rent.
